Try Different foods

How about a Shrimp taco. We took the kids out to Costa Vida. And I want to try new things so I ordered the Shrimp taco. It was good and different. I loved the mangos in it and the shrimp was good. I always love Shrimp. The lime juice was good when it was squeezed on. So go try a Shrimp taco today if you like Shrimp give it a try. I was glad I tried it. But I think I will stick to a salad or a burrito.

Go on a Date with Jonathan

We went out to Costa Vida. My favorite is the sweet pork burrito. With our friends the Cox's and the Messers. We had a good time talking.
There is a great deal at our Costa Vida you can get 2 meals and 2 drinks and 2 movie tickets for a great price. So great idea to go to Costa Vida. It was also fun to see so many of our other friends going out to the dinner and the movie. Then we went to one of my new favorite movies the Blind Side. I loved it I cried I laughed and remembered all of my blessings. We are so blessed and what an inspirational story. This was the best. So if you have not seen it. Go out and see it. A 5 star movie all the way. I am so glad I got to go with Jonathan it is always so nice to be with him and have good food and watch a movie.

Today I got to see How to Steal a Million. I just love her clothes and her style. I just love when she looks at her male actors and says How brilliant. It makes me smile all the time. So I thought this was great fun.

Visit Teach

Yes this was the message. And I did not give this to my sisters. It came out after I got done. But we were able to go visit 2 sisters on wednesday and one today. I think visiting teaching teaches you service. I think I am really suppose to listen to one sister but I am having the hardest time visiting her. So maybe if I stopped to listen it would actually be better for both of us.
My partner just was made as a supervisor so she likes to go out early. Which is good. I like to get it done early to. Then the sisters know you are thinking about them. I hate when your visiting teachers want to come on the last day of the month. I rather them not come at all.
I really learned about self reliance is to do with all areas of our lives not just food storage. Love what they said that when you are not full that you can not really help people out. Which is so true. Well if you have not gone out go out and see your sisters.

Read the old Testament

Well I started this goal back up . Callie had a button her blog from a women that talks about how important the women in the scriptures are. I love having something new to search for in my scripture reading. I was supposed to have the old and new testament finshed before my birthday. But I seriously missed so many months. No motivation. Because I read the BofM and Doctrine and Covenants and Pearl of Great Price last year. Our Stk pres couselor does this every year. I thought it would be cool if I did this to. So I am now back on track. My family and I are reading the Bof M each night. Which I love when J shares and the kids are learning something and we talk about it. I love when my kids actually get what we are trying to teach them. It has been a great motivator to get them to read. So this goal is in progress. I am in Deut

Daily List

Well I have always wanted to do this . But just got a better start for the new year. I have been writting it before I go to bed . I think I am getting a bed night rest. Because things are written down. There is so much I can accomplish when it is on a list. I love marking things off. When the kids are home for a break or on a saturday I make a list for them. It must come from my mom when ever I go home there is a list that she needs to be done. If I do this maybe I accomplish these goals with them in mind. I also printed up my list and put them on my closet door. So far so good.

Fast

Yes . Yesterday I was able to fast. For some reason fasting is so hard for me. But we are trying to teach the children to be obedient and our ward has asked us to double our fast offering. So I thought I need some humility as well. It is harder now that we have church at 1 p.m. But I was glad I did it. I did have this as private. But Callie now has it in on her blog. So I thought I could put it on my blog to.
