Re make over bathroom

The bottom picture is actually in the master bathroom . I just wanted to show how dark the wood was before.

Thanks to my good friend Kourtney. We were able to redo the bathroom cupboards it lightened up the whole room. First we sand it then we primed it and then we painted it and then we stained it with brown. and sanded it again. It turned out really good. I am so pleased with it and I am going to do some more things.

Mini Camp

We went up to Yankee Meadow. For just a day. It was beautiful we love being in the Great Outdoors and having a good time as a Family and with friends.

Garden 2011

I got these and they were so yummy.

The garden is doing so good. I love how it is growing. I had Sister Pack come over and help me to know what to do to fix my garden. She suggested getting a soak er hose and getting a soil sample. All of the things she said helped so much. I am glad that it is working. Now we need some more hot days for the tomatoes to start growing.

Shark Watermelon

So for Jacob I wanted to do something cool since he loves fruit so I saw this on summer scholar website. I will find the correct address. Because it has lots of cool ideas. And this was a step by step. I think it turned out pretty good for my first carving.

Drew and Karate

Drew decided to take Karate this summer. He had a great time being with his friend and listening to shifu. She was a great teacher and he had a lot of fun. His favorite part was fighting with the fake swords.

Drew

Drew and I were able to go to the movie Harry Potter 7 part 2. We had a great time together.

He is growing up so fast. It was so nice for him to go with me.

Emma

Emma was able to go to Girls camp. She had a great time. Jonathan was able to go up one night with her and he went on a hike with her. They had a great time together.

Stake Primary

On July 3 I was released from my stake Primary job. I have very mixed emotion. I know change happens. I just really enjoyed this calling. I loved going to all the different primary programs. I loved going to the stake baptism each month. The children were so excited and the parents were so happy. I liked going around for the ward conference. I even learned when I had to speak with the high counsel. I will not miss that. It was a great calling and I loved it and I learned it so much.

We got to spend time with this cutie

We got to spend time with this cute boy. He was so fun. This is Josh little boy Cal. We had so fun with him he played and had a nap and played some more. He just turned one.

Cousin Time

Cousin Time was spent with Nana this year. They had a wonderful time. Emma only got to spend just a little while they were together they went to the park and to the wave pool and to the park . And they had a great time together. They played and had good food. Nana was such a good sport.

Service

On the 4th of July Nana needed help to cut down a tree and do some yard work. So everyone pitched in and worked. We are so glad that we could help it look so nice.

Women's Conference

I can not believe that I did not take my camera so no pictures. I went up with my friends Seval and Kourt and we had a wonderful time. While we were doing service we meet the general RS presidency. We had great food and listened to wonderful talks. I am so grateful for Jack and Carol which home we invade for the days that we are there. And I am glad that Carol can come along with us. We had beautiful weather for the first day and rain for the next. And the kids and husbands were really glad that we were home.

I just finished this great book. And I highly recommend this book.
I loved the characters and I loved the way it was written. I can not

wait to see the movie it will be coming out shortly.

Brazilian Lemonade

I have now have made this twice. The first time without a strainer. You need a strainer. It tastes great. I got the recipe from our best bites cookbook. I love the sweet and condensed milk in it. My mom used to make something like this for us when we were little. It is very good and refreshing.
