This was way fun because it was in the summer time. We had a great time at our tail gate party before the movie started.

Chicken Cashew Salad on crissonats

This is my favorite sandwhich but I have never made it before. It turned out really good and everyone loved it. I think this a bad thing that I have this recipe because now I will want to make it more often. But it jus is so yummy. picture from taste of home. We ate ours to fast to take a picture.

Homemade Caesar Dressing

Yes I made Homemade Casesar Dressing and Bbq chicken salad for dinner. It was so nice to have something refreshing for Dinner. I am really like having the kids tell me what they want for dinner. I have to admit this was my choice that we had this for dinner. But everyone enjoyed it .

Stake Primary

One thing for this calling is that I have to speak about every 3 months. I was scheduled to speak in July in the same ward that I spoke in January but they are going to have a farewell so they moved me up to speak in June. My talk was on I Know my Savior lives. At first I thought it was I know my Savior Loves me. Which is a new beautiful song that the children are learning this year. But my talk was on each thing they will be learning in the months or months to come.
I always learn so much while I prepare a talk. I really learned that we just need to keep enduring and really enjoy our journey. And that Heavenly Father really loves each one of us. I was not to nervous to give it but then after I just cry. I took to much time. Which I feel so bad about that. So that is what I need to work on.
But I am glad I do not have to speak for a few more months.

These are a few of the pictures that I have been taken for project 365. I actually have a book this year from Beck Higgins called project life. Which I am up to date on. I figured to do it this way. It is easy and it will be sent to me and in a hard bound at the end. So I am very excited about this. So maybe every once in a while I will post some pictures. That I have taken for the week.

Mozzarella-Beef Burgers

Easy
We are having these for dinner. So I will post later with the family reactions to it.
Very easy
1lb hamburger
1/2 cup mozzarella Cheese
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup barque sauce
Mix together and then grill the hamburgers.
We do not have a grill so we used the fry pan.
It sure does make the house smell good.

Except when I was not looking Jonathan did not know what they were and started crumbling them up. Because they would not flip very good. But they were still very good.

Kraft Food and family Super Easy Chicken Enchilada Skillet

Super Easy Chicken Enchilada Skillet - From Kraft Food and Family Holiday 2006
Emma went looking through the books and found this super easy and yummy recipe.
1TBS oil
1 lb boneless chicken cut in bite size pieces
1 can chicken broth
1/4 Cup Ranch Dressing
2 Tbsp flour
6 Flour Tortillas
1 Cup mexican Cheese
1/2 Cup salsa
Heat and cook chicken
Then mix broth, dressing and flour until well blended then add to skillet and then tear tortillas and put them in the skillet. Bring to boil and then simmer for 3 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese and salsa.
Thats it one pan and one mess. And it is supper easy and yummy.
Thats what we had for dinner on tuesday.

Visit Teach

I just loved the message this month. Since we have seen 2 out of the three sisters this month and with an appointment coming up next week. I figured I would post. I just loved what A little tipsy made. So head on over to her blog to print them out. I ran out of ink or I would have printed them out. So go out and visit your sisters. My came and I totally forgot they were coming. But they still were so kind and nice.

Red & White Mostaccioli & Mama's Italian Chicken

I made 2 new recipes for the Gore family while they were up here. The red & white mostaccioli had red sauce like spaghetti sauce then you use an alfredo sauce you use mostaccioli noodles and then you layer it. It is very good. Mama's Italian chicken is like chicken alfredo but you do not use the cream cheese and soup. But both very tasty.
