Super Easy Chicken Enchilada Skillet - From Kraft Food and Family Holiday 2006
Emma went looking through the books and found this super easy and yummy recipe.
1TBS oil
1 lb boneless chicken cut in bite size pieces
1 can chicken broth
1/4 Cup Ranch Dressing
2 Tbsp flour
6 Flour Tortillas
1 Cup mexican Cheese
1/2 Cup salsa
Heat and cook chicken
Then mix broth, dressing and flour until well blended then add to skillet and then tear tortillas and put them in the skillet. Bring to boil and then simmer for 3 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese and salsa.
Thats it one pan and one mess. And it is supper easy and yummy.
Thats what we had for dinner on tuesday.
