Fast
Yes . Yesterday I was able to fast. For some reason fasting is so hard for me. But we are trying to teach the children to be obedient and our ward has asked us to double our fast offering. So I thought I need some humility as well. It is harder now that we have church at 1 p.m. But I was glad I did it. I did have this as private. But Callie now has it in on her blog. So I thought I could put it on my blog to.

Yep I do have it on my list because fasting is a huge challenge! Most of the world would could not go without 1 meal let alone 2. Even if you have surgery you can drink water up till midnight the night before! crazy I say!
